The pastry board comes double sided, with one flat side perfect for rolling dough and pastry making, the other side is grooved and perfect for carving meat. It also features a juice groove and an extra large cutting surface.

• Wash your Ironwood products in warm water and soap.
• Towel dry. Prop up to allow the wood to fully dry. 
• Never submerge acacia wood in water or put it in the dishwasher
